A luxurious private master retreat is located on the upper level. A loft area with an executive desk is separated from the master suite upstairs. Just past the loft, the master bedroom affords its' own impressive mountain views, an intimate deck, king-size bed with Egyptian cotton sheets, 5-piece luxury bath and generous walk-in closet.
The lower/ground level includes a second living space with an outdoor deck and hot tub. Furnished with a large screen TV, sleeper sofa, and lounge chairs, kids have their own space to hang out and spread out. Two bedrooms, each with king-size beds, two full bathrooms, and a bunk room are also located on this floor. The bunk room includes beds for four with a twin over full bunk bed and a separate twin bed. A mudroom/nook provides ample storage for all your gear and is located immediately off the garage.

- Sleeping arrangements accommodate up to 4 couples utilizing 3 king beds and one queen sleeper sofa. Additionally, there is a bunk room with one full bed and 2 twin beds.
- Minimum Age Limit: 30
- Everyone in your group must be over 30 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian
- Maximum Vehicle Limit: 3 (2 in garage, 1 in driveway). Additional parking is not possible. Street parking is prohibited by the town.
- No Pets Allowed
- Smoking: We do not rent to smokers. This includes marijuana anywhere on the premises. ANY TYPE OF SMOKING ON THE PREMISES WILL RESULT IN A $500 FINE. We are allergic.
- No Events: No weddings, parties or events of any kind are permitted at this property
- The town and neighborhood have strict noise restrictions and quiet hours begin at 10 pm
- A $500 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check-in

- 50% refund of amount paid (minus credit card service fees) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in
